I wouldn't recommend this seller at the moment. They've clearly sent me a second hand unit. The box had been opened and poorly resealed. Here we're holes in the box and I've not even bothered opening it.I've had a DeLonghi Aircon before and they are good so whilst I'm sure the product is good, I wouldn't recommend getting it from here.I've requested a refund and return, let's see how that goes.

Had to wait all day for delivery no heads up which is ridiculous in this day and age. Pipe took for ages to lock into place. Pipe not long enough and is not very flexible meaning that the length of pipe that you can use is far less than the stated length. I as yet have not tried the aircon as I have yet to get there. I need it as I am sweating buckets just trying to get it up and running.

I would highly recommend this Air Conditioner. well packaged and east to assemble, very quiet when in use.

Definitely not silentInstructions should include a warning Not to use an extension lead as some people don't realise that it is dangerous to do so.As for the air conditioner. It's ok. Not very good on fan only
