Great Electric Skateboard and Super Fun!
I have been using this board for a few weeks now and it is absolutely fantastic! After taking it on rides in which the battery seems like it should be depleted, I still have about a 75% charge. So if you are worried about battery life, don’t be, it is great. Also the wheels glide over bumps with easy. I also like that you can see the speed of the board, change break gears, and change the forward direction of the board. It is easy to learn due to the board size and the ability to change speed gears. I ride this board to the beach and down bike paths a lot, and it is super easy to control. It rides and breaks very smoothly without joltiness. If you’re looking for an electric skateboard/longboard this is the one to get due to its speed, battery life, and being easy to ride and control. I am super glad I bought this board and I am excited for more riding adventures with it!

Concerning Issues
I am now updating this review and scrapping the original. First review was a neutral 3 star, but has now been upgraded to 5. I weigh 280-290lbs just for reference since weight is the factor to contribute to wear, speed, battery life etc. I have owned this board for over a month at this point. I have nearly 100k on it. This board is exceeding all expectations. The wheels and motors are going strong! The deck and all hardware are perfect aside from some surface rust on the truck bolts. I use this board at least 5 days a week every week. In the rain and all types of weather. I took the extra step of using silicone to seal the deck to the battery box. This solved all issues with water getting into the board. Which is something that will happen if you ride in the rain or wet ground. Even a little water will build over time as you ride. The board carries me up decent hills without issue. It will slow a bit due to my weight. The battery lasts me over 2 days before I have to charge it. I only use it a few miles a day on mostly flat ground. As for speed, this thing will do around 32kph on flat ground and much faster down hill. The brakes work amazingly even on the steepest of grades. This board is excellent and you should get it if you are on the fence. I am going to be buying another of the off road versions for winter!

Best Electric Board I've had!
I've done everything with a board nearly my entire life. I had an electric bike but it didn't seem right. So I switched to the JKing electric board and commenting on it felt so much better. Pros: The board is very sturdy. Don't recommend doing tricks on ot but it does its job as far as short commutes. The battery last pretty long. It'd go at least 3 days before recharging when riding it for 2-3 miles for 5 days. The ride is smooth, no loud noises when riding, the wheels help a lot. The LEDS are helpful, but I recommend putting some extra LEDS for night riding. It's easy to set up and use, just a push of a button and connect the controller. It's fast! Like it says at least 30mph on high mode. I can cover a good 1-2miles in 7min. Cons: It's heavy. Like really heavy for the average people on the smaller side. Not really a con but not recommended for beginners. It's fast and if you can't balance control and speed up, you'll get hurt. Overall I was satisfied with the price I paid for the board. Recommend it for people who like boarding and want something to cruise on. I might get the All Terrain board next.

1-Year Review: Bought in August of 2021
Give this review a read. I have owned it for over 1 year, and have put around 300 miles on it so far. This is an AMAZING product for its price, especially when compared with other boards with similar capabilities. Other boards that have the same capabilities are around $1,000, while this is sitting a 1/4 below that, and often has sales! On a single charge, my board has lasted 3 full days of riding before requiring a recharge (withiut using the LED feature). The board actually goes up to 35 miles per hour without any riders on it, but with me on it, I top out at about 28 miles per hour. I am 180lbs too. The brakes are also really good. When riding around 28 miles per hour, it takes me 2-3 seconds to come to a full stop from top speed. The trucks are also tightly secured to the board, but loose enough to make sharp turns. After 1 full year of use, the wheels are still in very good shape too, with very little wear-&-tear, and I ride over many different surfaces (asphalt, concrete/stone/brick sidewalks). Its also rated IP64. The 6 meaning that it has a high level of resistance to dirt/dust/debrie, keeping the internal components safe when riding over occasional dirt. The 4 means that it is water resistant to splashing and spraying. That doesn't mean go ride in puddles, that means if youre riding over a sidewalk with some water, the board will be fine. The LEDs are REALLY bright and nice at night, and have an awesome reverse feature. They flow in the direction of travel, so when youre going forward, the LEDs flow forwards, and vise versa when going in reverse. As for the towing power of the board? I was able to pull 8 of my other friends who were on normal wooden skateboards/longboards. We made a chain, holding one another's hand, and me at the front with my electric longboard. My board pulled them all effortlessly, but topped out around 13-15mph. When you take care of this board, it will take care of you. So give it an occasional microfiber towel wipe-down on the bottom, and use a soft brush to brush the top of any dust or debrie. This is a PERFECT board for beginners as well. With adjustable modes of speed, anyone can learn how to ride this very quickly. Its also a very sturdy board!

Update 45yr old and 240lb
Update I've now owned this board for several months and am happy to report that it is still awesome!!! I rode 21 miles today with several hills 20 degrees or more inclined and I avg around 12-16 MPH so am able to get more distance by not going full speed. That plenty fast for me and I keep it in high/pro mode so I can easily climb hills. I highly recommend buying a rx controller. It pairs with this board and has so many more features that the one that comes with the board. Led read out, MPH, odometer, cruise control and 4 different breaking levels including L M H Pro braking. My only big complaint with this board now is you can't swap out the PU wheels for any other wheels except the ODMs that Jking sells. No cloud wheels to help reduce the vibration of rough roads or concrete trails. First week review. I bought this board after careful consideration. Seems like all products these days have as many bad reviews as good so it hard to tell if the product is worth buying or not. I decided to take a chance on this board and so far have been very pleased. First of all I'm 45, 235ish and haven't rode a board since I was 13 and wasn't really that good then. I recently have been wanting a new hobby and thought these things look cool. I really wanted a one wheel but the price and the weight limit made me wait till on that. So this being the cheaper option , I decided to try this board first. I bought the Amazon 2yr extended warranty with this because of some of the negative reviews but Jking does back there stuff for 1 year under normal use. Pros The board is fun as hell to ride. I started off slow and have been working my way up and have found it much easier than expected. The board has some serious power. When in med/hi mode it will pull all 235lbs of me up hill easily. Great battery life. While I'm not sure about the range yet because I have measured the board will usually last me 2-3 hours of continuous riding at speed around 10-15 mph. I'm sure if you use more speed that might change but im not that brave yet. Cons The remote control is light weight and simple. It also seems like it has a endless battery because I've tried changing it after two full rides and it always says it fully charged. My issue is it has 3 indicator lights to show board power, i.e 100%/50%/10%. and feels kind cheep. I would prefer a led screen with better info and mph. The brakes don't really work if going down hill if it's a steep or you are already pretty fast. I have had to bail several times while going down hill after hitting the breaks and instead of slowing down I started to pick up speed. This may be an experience thing that I haven't learned yet. All in all I'm very happy with this board and will update again in a few weeks after I get more experience riding it. Pro tip... Make sure the board is pointing the right way and the drive wheels are in the back.

This electric skateboard is worth it.
I am experienced when it comes to riding longboards so once I found out there were electric ones after going to my uncles I decided to get 1. The decision to get one was one of my best purchases in this past year. To start off, the speed is amazing, I live in the suburbs and it makes travel so much cheaper and more fun, the lights are a great addition to riding at night. This easily my best purchase for travel becuase I cannot drive. I love to ride this skateboard, the best thing about it is that I can ride this for days on end without charging it because of the amazing battery life. If you get any electrical skateboard and you live in the suburbs this one would definitely be worth it. It rides so smooth and the breaks are great and it slows down very smoothly. It does not run the greatest off road so if you don’t live in the suburbs or the city I wouldn’t recommend it but if you do this is a must have , kids can ride it and so can adults.

Stops working after a while
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my teen. It’s AWESOME while it is working. heavy, sturdy, the remote works great. He loves it and goes everywhere on it. The battery lasts all day and he runs around town to hang out with his friends on it. The only downfall is that after about 6 months it stops charging. When you contact the company they say that it is water damage but there has not been any water to damage it. The first time, they sent him a new board. Then 4 months later the new board did the same thing. I purchased a new charger hoping that it would help. The company was contacted and they basically never responded. The site states it is water proof, and there was no water to damage it. This should be covered. This is a very nice board and it is too expensive for it to not work longer. Great board, poor customer service and spotty battery.

Full review after a year of use. It’s great (expert riders only)
This board is great. Been riding it almost a year and using it to commute up to 20 miles a day. Put at least 500 miles on it so far. First off do not buy this unless you are an experienced rider or, use it in low speed until you get more experience. I’ve being long-boarding ten years and broke my arm on this thing. It was my fault though. Didn’t keep my trucks tightened properly. Let’s start with positives———————— In terms of build quality this is great, the deck is durable and sturdy. The wheels are durable and the motors are fast and quite. I’ve put at least 500 miles on it and ran it through light rain and it still goes strong. The remote control works well from even 20 feet away. You can adjust speed and it shows battery life, plus you can buy an upgraded one with an lcd screen and a odometer/speedometer It accelerates instantly and the brakes work fantastic. (There is a learning curve with the braking at speed, be careful) It runs for a long time- Low speedmode 17-20miles at 10mph Medium speedmode 10-12miles at 20mph Full speedmode 5-7 miles 28mph The lights on the bottom attuned on and off by holding the reverse button for 5 seconds. The change and move as you ride and turn red when you brake. Looks cool and helps with safety for night rides. In terms of water- you technically shouldn’t ride this in water. I had to ride in light water after it rained multiple times and this thing handled it great. I wouldn’t recommend it as the lights stopped working but if you do ride through or get water in the board it’s not an issue. In terms of negatives ————————- The remote is low In features and the strap is cheap. The learning curve is steep and it can be dangerous at high speed (which is more so a negative of high speeds in general) The battery is not switchable for longer rides. The wheels are basic longboard wheels. It’s friggin heavy. The brakes are a bit touchy and take some getting used too.
