Very Impressed!!! Beyond Razor Sharp!
Let me start by saying, I don’t write reviews. My wife got me this set for Christmas, I was over joyed with how nice they are! You really need to be extra careful, I nicked myself on the first day. I have many nice knifes, but I have never had anything remotely near this sharp. Have not cut enough yet to discuss edge retention, but so far after maybe 10 meals zero reduction in sharpness. The visual appeal is stunning!
