Wine Decanter Cork Stopper & Stainless Steel Cleaning Beads Accessories

Wonderful product. I can’t believe I didn’t edit my review until now. The customer service was amazing. After posting my original review. The company immediately reached out to me and sent me another product. I’ve been using this product quite often and has been holding up well all this time. I’m very happy with my purchase and my items.Original Review: Product came shipped to me with the beads scattered within the packaging. Which is really weird, since the container for the beads is a screw top. Not to mention, the container for the beads was in the wrong area of the packaging. It was where the cork was supposed to be. It seems as if someone accidentally dropped the packaging and it fell open. The items themselves appear clean and unused.

The cork sphere and the beads (in a little plastic container) comes in a small white box presumably for protection. The cork sphere feels very nice in my hand and looks pretty perfect to me with no visible chips, dents, cuts, scratches, Also happy to see that it fits the neck of my decanter perfectly (something I should have checked before buying but forgot to do so). Seller also followed through with two emails to say thanks and check that the product has been received in good condition and to let me know about the 1 year warranty. Even if that was automatically generated by the system, still a nice touch.

Got these as a thank you gift for a friend for hosting me on a recent trip. He has several wine decanters that are shaped in such a way that make it impossible to clean the bottom with a brush. These did the trick! Also, the cork ball was an added bonus. It makes a nice presentation at the table.

Like the cork; wish there were a few more ball bearings. The cork fits perfectly into the decanter, stopping it nicely. Its smooth and well made. The stainless steel balls are small and somehow fewer in number than I'd expected. Still they seem to be keeping the decanter from becoming stained, so I guess they're doing the job.

I often wondered how I would clean my decanter. I was searching for a decanter brush when I came upon this product.Wow what a good find. The beads are so simple to use and it effective. Immediate results. The stopper fits perfectly.

This product comes in a nice box that is good for storing when not in use. The beads do a great job of cleaning the decanter. The only bad part about this product is that it showed me that the neck of my decanter was not perfectly round. Otherwise it would have done a great job of sealing up the decanter. Deliver was fast and the vendor is realy friendly.

Great accessories and excellent customer service. They reached out after mailing to tell me it was on it's way and checked up after we received. The cork stopper fits all our decanters perfectly and easy to take out; the beads are the easiest way to thoroughly clean them.

This was actually for a gift for a friend we purchased a wine decanter for. It looks great on it and he loves it. It was easy to order and came in a timely fashion. They were kind enough to follow up to make sure we received it and were happy with it They also offered their assistance if ever needed. GREAT customer service!!

Un poil trop grand, mais c'est ma faute !Le tout est bien emballé et la qualité est impeccable !Ça ne bouche pas entièrement ma caraffe mais on peut rattraper ça sans trop de problème.
