I tried to return it. Amazon said that, because it was a third-party seller, I couldn’t, I’d have to contact the seller by phone. I didn’t have any success with that option. I’ve tried to nurse it along and it just keeps dying. Sad, because it looked great on arrival. It’s not the care, because I have two other Z plants that I picked up at Trader Joe’s for $12.99, one was about 6 months older than this and knee s3 months newer. The are in the same spot and they’re thriving. If the seller reads this, I expect them to make it right by sending me another. Two half-dead plants might make one whole nursed-to-life plant.

The plant arrived very well-packed and had no damage. Great size and after four months, has grown a lot and it looks amazing. I highly recommend it!

I had purchased this plant a few weeks ago. It arrived pretty damaged and had some root rot. The seller reached out to me to rectify the situation, and I am so impressed with the seller’s desire to make sure they satisfy their customers. They quickly sent me a replacement plant and it was packaged so much better, had a stick in the pot to hold up the paper wrapping, a heat pack, and there was very little soil spillage. The plant is gorgeous, I don’t think I’ve seen such a large and healthy zz! I also am very happy that the medium is a nice loose mix with orchid bark and for the first time, I can leave the plant in its pot. Thank you very much for being a respectable Amazon seller, I will be back!

My box was damaged but the ZZ plant was packed perfectly inside; however for a large plant it was only 21” high from bottom of the pot to tallest leaf. But after only 11 days (2/21/24 - 3/2/24) what looked like a small shoot in the center has brought height to 32” and it is balanced beautifully. I have it in a very dark spot and thought I know that ZZs are practically indestructible, I use a small humidifier and grow light in order to provide my baby it’s very best life. My senior community neighbors thought it was a perfect false plant because of the shape and brilliant green. It brings me joy and I plan to order more plants from this company.

I got this plant in December. As soon as I opened it I thought it was in great condition and looked really nice. I repotted it because I noticed the soil was extremely wet and I wanted to prevent it from getting root rot. Since then, I’ve watered it very minimally as a precaution, but the moisture level still will reads wet. I’ve lost two big stems like the one in the picture and I’m hoping I don’t lose more. Their bottoms are squishy and it essentially fell over and pulled right out. I may try to replant it again and see if there’s root rot to cut off and/or put it outside as it gets warmer. Overall, I’d order another plant from them but next time I’ll be super cautious if the soil is really wet.
