Colman's is the Gold Standard for English mustard. The powdered version enables the user to mix it to his exact requirements in terms of thickness and strength. Water provides the normal mixer. Milk for a softer version. Malt Whisky for a special Scottish kick !!!

Only brand you should buy for fresh tasting mustard powder
Best dry powered mustard. Dont buy generic spend the money for this.I add water to it to make hot mustard for dipping eggrolls.It still comes in a tin that has an easy to take off lid (also easy to put back on). Opening is large enough for measuring spoons (up to 1/2 tablespoon for mess free)Honestly if you jeed powdered mustard this is the only one worth buying.Taste is fresh (some genreic vrands can have a stale non spicy taste)I use hot water when making a chinese hot mustard style, which makes the spicy kick from this a bit more intense. Really clears the nose.
