I bought these socks to wear with flip sandals on hot days when my feet sweat. These socks absorb the sweat while still keeping my feet cool. They are pretty thin, similar to thick pantihose, but work reasonably to absorb sweat and prevent the feeling of the sandals being slippery. I wear size 7.5 shoes, and these socks are a good fit. They do not slip off and are not too tight. The package contained four pairs of socks (eight socks). They need to be hand-washed according to instructions.I bought two different brands, Flammi and Bencailor, to compare. These are thin, same as thick pantyhose or thin trouser socks, so take up almost no room in shoes. The fabric is comfortable and non-irritating to my sensitive skin. I have to have split toe socks due to toe rubbing issues, and it's rare to find this type of "socks" with split toes. They have a small silicone pad in the heel that keeps them from moving around or sliding down--this is a WONDERFUL feature I have never found before. The heels NEVER slide down in my shoes, even with extensive walking or in heavy cardio workouts.Dinged one star because they are big around the instep and heel area. For my narrow heel this creates bunching that is a bit difficult to manage. I don't see why the heels couldn't be made smaller; they are very stretchy and would still fit most anyone even if made smaller. Still, a great product.

I am a true flip flop junkie and these are perfect for me. I also love how soft and flexible the material is, allowing my feet to breathe and still have great range of motion.

I wanted to buy socks this time because I thought it would help ease the pain at the base of my thumb when wearing zori sandals, but unfortunately it was not what I expected and I returned it.

I bought a couple of pair of MM and these socks are a prrfext fit.. The dont slide off the back of heel.. I still had room to wiggle my toes..
