I LOVE these GUM soft-picks. I use use these after flossing, and before brushing, and they leave my gums feeling clean and health. Once in awhile they will bend when I am using them, but for the most part they are sturdy and effective.

I have pretty large gaps between my teeth and use toothpicks often to get food out of the gaps. I had previously been using a hard plastic toothpick but it was irritating my gums. I gave these a try and am happy I did. The narrow tip does a great job of getting into the gap and the soft rubbery bristles do a great job of cleaning. For better or worse, I reuse them until they wear out -- the rubbery bristles start to disappear and sometimes the stiff tip gets bent. This happens faster than I would like, maybe after a few uses. But then I think about the stuff I'm inadvertently swallowing. I should probably cut back to a single use. I can put the entire pick inside my mouth to reach interior gaps, but if I lose my grip I might swallow it and that wouldn't be good. GUM makes a bigger version with a longer handle but it didn't last very well and I couldn't justify the cost. I'm probably going to try a different kind of interdental brush -- there are a lot of different styles that shouldn't degrade as quickly.

I used to absolutely hate to floss my teeth! This product is sooo easy to use and quick. I can’t say enough good about it, just trust me ,,, you will actually like cleaning your teeth again.. it’s very quick and easy. My dentist was shocked at how great my teeth looked last time I had an appointment with him. The picks can be used several times also as they are very durable 👍

Have worn Brooks for 10 yrs and Ghosts are very different. The support is great on my high arch and wobbly ankles but the cushion blows this out of the part.
