Excellent
I'm not a vocalist so don't need a really expensive microphone. I needed a mic for my vocoder and this was a great price and had good reviews.I'm not disappointed. The mic is great, good quality and works perfectly. No complaints.

AMAZING MIC, BUY IT NOW!
OMG I literally have no idea how it's possible to produce a mic of this quality at this RIDICULOUSLY low price! I'm a professional drummer/backing singer & music producer, with many years experience of using all sorts of mics - in my early years I tried several cheap mics and they always sounded terrible (poor EQ, low output volume, lots of white noise), so afterwards have always stuck to the industry standard Shure sm58 (around £90) for vocals - although it's also good for just about anything else; brass instruments, guitar amps, snare drums and more, due to the wide frequency range - I've even used an sm58 to mic up the low frequencies of a kick drum at a pinch. This time around I was looking for a cheap, but decent, vocal mic as a gift for my father in law (a bassist who has recently started doing backing vocals) without spending much so settled on this wm58. Having read the other rave reviews I couldn't resist giving it a quick test in my studio before gifting it - was absolutely blown away! It sounds great, not just 'for the price' but full stop. I listened with studio quality monitoring headphone and there was zero audible noise, strong output gain, nice EQ (decent bass/bottom end), not overly pronounced top end but still plenty of presence. More pushed in the lower mids than an sm58, but don't let that put you off, since fir vocals you always have to roll off some bottom end anyway on an sm58. I don't think I've ever heard a 'copy' mic so close to an sm58 - and for 1/9th the price. Crazy! If you're looking for a decent mic at a cheap price, don't bother considering anything else. And if you're looking for a decent mic at ANY price - this sounds way better than several mics I've heard 12 times the price! I'm gonna buy a bunch of them

As good as a Shure SM58
I can't fault this mic after the first use. It seemed ok at sound check so I used it all night for the first time with no problems. I'd say it's every bit as good as the Shure SM58s I've been using for 25 years now. It's really good value. You could buy five of these for the price of an SM58. I'll carry on checking the two weymic New Wm58s I've bought for the enlarged band over the next few gigs. I'm tempted to buy a few more for spare - why not at that price?I have to say the negative reviews here are obviously written by inexperienced users. Mics don't come with leads or clips or other accessories. Mics will feed back unless you keep them behind the speakers. You can hardly complain if you damage a mic by wrenching off the barrel!

Decent spare mike
Nice mike , really hard to hear any difference with this an SM58 , it's well built & does the job , my back up singers use these & it's been better than other copies. Oh its about £70 cheaper than an SM58 & although branded as a VM58 , they made a mistake & printed SM58 on the band . Oh well it makes no difference if you get confused & the backing singers feel you appreciate them. Testing 1.2, knock knock .

broken
there was a rattling noise, thought it was my case fans so i used noise suppression. was messing around with eq and was wondering why this sound was happening decided to open it up and found this crack. i took perfect care of the mic did not move from my mic arm so it’s a manufacturing defect

Great mic
I’m really impressed by this mic,it’s well built and feels substantial ,it’s my main vocal mic now and gives me a good clear sound, havnt used it to mic up an amp,but I can’t see any problems there, there’s a bit of handling noise, but when it’s in a stand it doesn’t interfere at all with the vocal, great mic !
