Kilner Grater Jar Set with 0.5 Litre Glass Clip Top Storage Jar

I have several Kilner jars and live them I was a little disappointed by the grater I thought it would be smaller and be able to stay on with the lid

I love kitchen gadgets, and this is a handy little grater with the storage built in. The jar is an air tight container with the removable grater head, so once the cheese, or whatever is grated, the jar can be used to store the contents for later use. It's well made and easy to clean.You can also go to Kilner's UK website and sign up for they're club and receive a free downloadable recipe book in email. There's a small Kilner Club paper in the jar with the web address. Just an fyi the recipes are in metric measurements, but they cover jams, jellies, relishes and other canning recipes.

Like the size to store.

I am switching over to glass as much as I can. I really like the silicon ring that sits on top of the jar while you are working.

So handy for shredding cheese and storing all in one container. Cleans up easily.
