I've been a side sleeper for 40 years and it's not ideal. My shoulders are rounding forward, I wake up stiff and sore, and I'm getting wrinkles on my face and chest from my sleeping position. I have tried to sleep on my back over the years and it never worked. I'd lie there all night and toss and turn, then cave in and sleep on my side. I decided to give this pillow a chance and I'm so glad I did! The very first night, I took melatonin to help me fall asleep and slept all night long on my back! I'm stunned that it was so easy. The pillow perfectly positions my head and neck and I no longer wake up with a stiff neck or creases on my face from the sheets! LOL It's been two weeks now and I love being able to sleep on my back now. I find the pillow to be rather firm and there's a big divot where your head goes, so once you settle in it's comfortable to stay there all night. I wish I'd tried this in my 20's.

This is a really cool pillow. I have neck issues so I have to find just the right level, which there are several. It hold your head at different angles just depends on if you sleep on your back or your side so you have to figure out what works best for you. I really like it. I was using a memory foam pillow and it's very old and of course even though I'd wash the double pillow cases, that came with it, plus the pillowcase that I use from my sheet set, you still perspire and of course dust mites don't get me started on that. Anyways it's a good pillow. I give it five stars.

I have been searching for a new pillow for some time; & have tried many different types costing a little to a lot. I’ve done a lot of reading & research to find a pillow that helps with my neck & spine problems.So far, I’ve only been able to find a really expensive Tempur-Pedic contour pillow, which works some of the time. It's ok, but I have to keep flipping it around when sleeping on my back or side. It's a little annoying. When I saw this pillow, it sounded it might just work; so I thought I would give it a try.I like how it cradles my head while accommodating my neck & shoulders when laying/sleeping on my back. I also like how the ends are designed to accommodate my shoulders when sleeping on my side. The height of the pillow on the sides are higher for my neck & there’s a curved angle underneath for my shoulders. It makes it much more comfortable for side sleeping, which has always been an issue with any pillow I've tried. I really like this design feature a lot. It’s also supposed to be comfortable for stomach sleepers, but I wouldn’t know since that sleep position puts way too much pressure & strain on my neck/back.I’ve been using the pillow for about a month now & so far it seems to be working pretty well. I tend to sleep mostly on my side, but end up rolling onto my back during the night for a short time. I also realize that memory foam seems to work best for me as it is contoured to fit my head/ neck/shoulders providing more support without being too soft or firm. This pillow does a good job at this. It is pretty comfortable, holds it shape well, & stays cool too. I don’t find myself getting overheated, & I don’t wake up with a sore neck as much as I do with some other pillows.However, the pillow is slightly lower than I would prefer; but when I registered the pillow for the warranty, I had the option to receive an insert. It takes a week or so to get it; but after receiving it, I was able to put the insert in the pillow with no problems. With the insert in, it raises the height of the pillow about a 1/2 inch or so. It also raises the center of the pillow a little too much for me. Because of this, I had to remove the center memory foam cut out (shaped like a football) which sits in the middle of the pillow. It helps to lower the center a part so it's more comfortable when sleeping on my back. The insert was very helpful and makes the pillow much more comfortable for me.I do wish the pillow was a little longer, though, since the ends of the pillow are little short when side sleeping. It's a standard sized pillow (which makes it a little short (length wise)); & it would have been nice if it was made in a Queen or even a King size. I also wish it flared a little on the ends which raises my arm a bit to rest comfortably when sleeping on my side. (Side sleepers will know what I mean by that.)Overall, I really like the pillow & the design works well. I would recommend the pillow for those who are back & side sleepers. I'm sure it works for stomach sleepers too. It may not be for everyone; but the design does work...at least for me. :D

I’ve used traditional fluffy pillows for most of my life but started experiencing neck pain in the morning for the past few months. After doing some research, I decided on the Groye pillow and I love it! I really like that it has different heights - the shorter side is perfect for my side sleeping. If I ever needed to buy another pillow, it would be this one.

This product was a life saver! Unfortunately shortly after the return window closed the pillow stopped supporting me as much. It seems to condense more than it did previously. I immediately removed the insert because it was too high and I could feel the spot that had less support, but now it all feels the same.I would try it for 3 weeks and if at the end of the trial if you have any suspicion that it is working less than before, I would return it.I was really hoping this pillow would bring me long term relief. I think I need the shape of this one in a slightly firmer material.

The pillow is exactly as advertised and it is medium soft. However, it is not for anyone that suffers from Fibromyalgia or Arthritis in the neck and back like me. It cradles my head and it was very uncomfortable. I wasn't able to roll on my sides because the pillow would form around my face and my claustrophobia kicked in. I didn't return the pillow because I knew that I could use it as a back pillow when sitting in my chair.Now, if you need a medium firm pillow that has soft memory foam and you don't suffer from pain; then this pillow might be what you're looking for. I gave it a '5' rating because it really feels comfortable when I sit upright in my bed or living room chair.👍🏽

Everyone is different but I am very happy with this pillow. I ordered the king size for the added surface area.

I was disappointed as soon as I opened the package so I hope they make up in comfort. I ordered king size and these definitely were not the normal king size pillows.08-12-23, turns off these pillows are very comfortable.

I M a 4’ 11” woman and I believe this pillow would work for a larger person but not for me. If I tried to sleep on my side and place my head where this pillow suggested I woke up during the night with a lot of ear pain. The pain did soften and then go away after a 15 minute time period.

The pillows are nice and so comfortable, but it seems like they are colour blind, paid extra for the pink one, but got the white one. Quality is good and would like to get the right one that I ordered.

Bought this as I was getting neck and shoulder pains from poor positioning. This really helped relive the pains and i sleep so much better now
