Thought this would act like a heat pad laying on it for my back ...
You really need the magnets against your body to do anything. Thought this would act like a heat pad laying on it for my back like my magnet belt warms up (with time) as blood is drawn to the area. Because the magnets are completely covered this pad is ineffective.
