The product was received in excellent condition. It works as expected and is very easy and useful to exercise indoors. Overall it is a good experience.

very sturdy for the price. Bought it for my mom who had an accident sone time back and had to ex . And she's happy with it. But there are some downsides. Because it's light it jumps around while cycling and has to be pushed against the wall. Would have been better if it came with bottom suction pads. Makes a lot of noise when it's tightened while cycling as the pedal mechanism causes the fabric to make a sqealing sound

Assembling is very easy can be done within 5-10 mins, all the tools necessary to screw are also provided in the package. Used for nearly 15 days very compact to store , easy to carry (weights 3kgs) and value for money. Elderly people can benefit from using this.

I had an ACL ( anterior cruciate ligament) injury and doctor recommended cycling for faster recovery. I found this Reach exercise bike on Amazon and ordered it. The exercise bike is well built and is sturdy. Look and feel is premium . Have been using it for 40-45 mins every day. Much better than cheaper alternatives available on Amazon. Its a pretty good deal at 2999 .

Screws started coming out of the machine and it stopped working. I connected with the service centre, that was a pain, since they only communicate on WhatsApp and half the time they don't respond. I was told that my warranty got over 10 days back and I have to pay 750 for service appointment and more for parts. For a product that costs 2999 and breakdown happened 10 days post warranty period, I requested if they can help me. They respond they will connect back soon. No one responded, so I went through the WhatsApp communication process, told them I will pay the service fee, I was assured that everything will get resolved in 24-48 hours. It's been 5 days since. Now no one is again responding on WhatsApp. If you really want to buy this product make sure that you are okay with throwing this after the warranty period and buying a new one. Company doesn't care about customer. Total waste of money.

Good product

I bought this for my father as he saw it in a friends place. My father is older and wanted something handy and light and something he can use at home. Product is easy to set up at home, we set it up with ease with the instruction manual. Was not hard at all. Light weight and is movable to any place. Dad has been using us everyday, easy for him to track his range and kilometres and calories, Overall the product has been wonderful.. 5 stars

Beneficial product for the people with long sitting jobs, for aged people...It's for everyone. Improvement needs to be done in the mini cycle. The tension converter should have some marking. The main concern is the cycle foot pads which are not stable in their position while driving when it kept on tiles or any smooth surface. It should have some kind of vacuum mechanism or the rubber pad should be strong enough to hold. Rest the things are fine and it's awesome.......
