Great item looking forward to using this hot tub

This really is a lovely hot tub and a great size. I’ve read lots of reviews about the hot tub holding its temperature when in use as some can drop temperature quickly. The company who manufacture and sell this hot tub are excellent to deal with and have a great Customer Service team, responding quickly. Would recommend and thank you.

I just received the hot tub, I really don't want to give 1 star but Im stuck with the first step which is the plug!! I can't plug it in! What kind of design is this? It's a monstrosity that doesn't fit in a normal plug socket.... Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone help with this, please?

All ok just abit of messing around to get water correct and to keep the temperature up in this cold weather

The filter is at the bottom of the tub so gets more bits out of the water
