Some of the reviews were concerning but I decided to give this a try and I am SO GLAD I dod. The results were amazing. First I want to point out that I followed the directions to a T. I measured the volume and temperature of water and my mask came out perfect and it peeled off in one piece. Also, I made sure to apply it on quickly as I noticed it was starting to harden, so don’t take more than a minute to apply.It’s a cooling sensation on your face, it feels so good. And once the mask came off, I tell you I was so shocked to see how smooth, bright, glowy, and moisturized my skin looked and felt. I’m not even exaggerating this mask truly shocked me. I hope this helps anybody else on the fence. Enjoy!

Half a packet is plenty to cover my face and neck. It thickens VERY quickly and becomes lumpy and won't stay on the face, so if you mix up a whole packet, it becomes difficult to work with before you can get it all on. If you put it on too thick, gravity causes it to droop down the face, so half a packet is perfect. It takes some practice to get it on fast enough. It peels off easily in one piece, except on the edges where the application is thinner. But that easily comes off by rinsing with water. Skin is left smooth and radient.

my face felt soft and clean after use. i only gave 4/5 stars because my mask didn’t come off in one piece as the picture showed. removal was easy though

Very good mask but a little expensive.

This face mask doesn't peel off exactly as the video and photos show ( at least not for me) but it does peel or "flake" off. You will need to wash up after use. It smells nice and it is very cool on your skin. I was able to get more than one use per package and my face felt soft and smooth after use. Overall good product

I love this so much. I even got my sister to buy it too. It feels so good. And skin feels clean and relaxed

This is horrible - smells like chemicals, not the tree at all. You have to mix it and spread it in like 30 seconds or it starts to get chunky. Hard to spread, and if you make it too thick, impossible to make thin. Also hard to wash excessive off brush and hands - clogs sink for sure. I tried one and am throwing the rest out, they are horrible. Don’t waste your money

Dont leave it in too long it will get CRUSTY. Its like cement for your face but you peel it off before it sets all the way. Thought it woukd be fun to add the the night regime. It is so long as you set a reminder to take it off in time.
