3300 Series 500 LB Full Extension Drawer Slide (12inch)

They are heavy duty for sure. I'm using them "flat" (which the seller said was acceptable)  3300 Series 500 LB Full Extension Drawer Slide (10inch) under a sliding tray that holds a small 12v fridge and deep-cycle battery (about 80 lbs. total weight) in the back of my Jeep. There is an annoying "catch" when the slide is extended only about 2/3 of the full range. You have to jerk it quite hard to get the tray to fully extend that last 1/3 of its range of travel. Disappointing. I was hoping for a much smoother action.

I have not put it to a test to see if it can handle a full 500 lbs. but I used them to create a pull-out shelf from under a bed in the back of a van, and I am able to load the a lot of gear onto the shelf I build that is a full 5' deep and 4' wide, and they run smooth, do not bend, rull back in smoothly - 100% happy with the purchase. they were quite easy to install, too. Lots of holds to put in lots of screws, and access to the holes was convenient. Well made. Can not speak higher of them.

These drawer slides are super heavy duty and certainly meet all the specs in the add. Even more important is the excellent engineering drawing support on the website.

Used a pair of these to slide mount a fridge in the bottom locker of our RV. Perfect. Solid and smooth running. Will probably outlast the RV!
