I have been taking Menopause Support for about 3 weeks. I see a difference in my symptoms. The value for the money is good. I take mine at night and see a calming effect. My energy level has increased. The product does not cause digestion issues and has no taste. Perfect for my symptoms.

I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. Within a few days of taking these those numbers dropped drastically... now a month in...I cant remember the last hot flash I had. Its amazing. My mood is even and I feel good.

I'm not a big fan. I've been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey... I found good relief with Walmart's brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.

Honestly, being peri-menopausal, can cause so many issues, but hot flashes have a mind of their own. I take these in the morning and rarely get hot flashes. The pills are easy to swallow and don't notice any bad taste. Has most of the herbal roots that have been noted to help with hot flashes.
