Good item, for the right installation
This is a substantial item. It's thick enough and won't bend easily. It's easy to install, though it would require attaching to the bed frame then lifting the bed frame in order to attach the bed frame to the headboard. However, this isn't for every headboard, as I found out. While it does afford some vertical travel, it doesn't afford horizontal, which is what I discover was our problem with this item. So, it had to be returned.
