it’s good for more of the health side but in terms of theories it really lacks … i found other books with more content ..HOWEVER the content it contains it throughly explained to make it easy for the reader to understand .. like this book just wish there was more

The information is to the latest 2022 specifications as required by National Curriculum standards and the content layout has been well thought out. It helps to break down the content into mini revision sessions, that are thorough, yet efficient in there structure and the content covered. You should revise this content from page 1 through to the last page, in that order, to get the most from this guide and its content. The book itself has good quality paper stock used ( durability with repeated page flipping and revisiting ) and is prepared to a high standard.I like how they have layed out the information in a Step by Step format. As, this will be useful to adolescent brain cognition / SEN / ND processing and organisational capacities ( help keep students of any age or ability on track ). The price of £6.50 is great value for money as well as pleasantly Accessible / Inclusive of the lowest budget. I respect the integrity it takes for the company producing this material, not to hike up prices unfairly, like most educational information and study institutions.They have even included free online extras, if you go to CGP website and enter the code included in your pack. The QR code enclosed takes you directly to their other educational topics / collections sales page ( should you wish to purchase any other topics / grade levels ). Full marks from myself.I am educated to a higher levels but have some past curriculum gaps and this has relevantly covered the gaps in this subject for myself as no available courses for young adults do! The content has the added bonus for myself, of being up to date and gets me closer to relevant career and Higher Academic successes.
