Lots of reviews out there on this and good videos on utube . I successfully changed my battery myself and it did not leak afterward when I used it in water . I did buy the sealant recommended on a utube video . I did the repairs approx 3-4 months ago . Made my watch like new . The watch was running out of power quickly and shutting down before I did the battery replacement . If u take your time u can do it . I did use a regular blow dryer to loosen the sealant to open the case . I also used an infrared temperature gun to measure the heat to make sure I did over heat the watch to damage it . I also wanted to know the temp because the utube video did mention a temp to hit but I can not recall what that temp was . I recommend this kit and would buy again

Repair kit tools are good quality but the battery is very bad quality. The first battery I received I thought for sure to be defective. After installing it it worked for a little while, then made sizzling sounds and the watch began to boot loop. I ordered a replacement battery that caused my watch to boot loop immediately. Both batteries received were not adequate.

inluded everything (replacement force touch sensor flex cable, pre-charged battery, smudge pry tools, screwdriver, adhesive, etc) needed to replace battery. Made swapping the battery a great experience. Old Apple watch has a new lease on life.

I guess the product was ok but would not order again. Directions were useless. Tried to follow you tube video which made things look easy but they are not. Screws so small if you drop one you may never find it again, I got lucky and found mine just as I was ready to quit. getting the face off and back on very difficult. Anyway when all was said and done I bought my wife a new I watch as that one never worked again. Battery would charge but watch would not . must have done something wrong but as I said I would not try that again.

This product has like. 3.# somthing so I was a bit leery but so did all of the other sets but this one had the screw driver and dodads for opening the case. The instructions were easy to follow except when it came time to snap the battery cable back into place, it didn’t show that and it is kind of a big step lol. I just turned to trusty YouTube and found someone who had a step by step tutorial and was able to put it back together. Size fits right but I am actually not able to close my watch back up, I think that is OE on my part. I didn’t clean everything like they said to so I don’t know if the stick strip actually works to hold the top on.

works great, kit had everything i needed to replace series 6 watch battery. watch battery health is now back to 100%. the instructions were helpful, except for the last step. getting the new adhesive on was tricky and not very clear. luckily 2 stickers were included. everything else was good.

The instructions were clear and helpful. The new battery works perfectly, and there were no issues. The package included everything I needed to replace the battery.

Disappointed that it doesn't keep the charge long. Unfortunately I scratched the screen while I was trying to remove it myself. Not worth the trouble. Next time I will have a professional do it with original parts.
