How many staffs can fit in this bag?

Depends on the thickness of the bo. I have a 1-5/8" diameter bo and it fits nicely. I can get my son's tapered bo in there, too but it's about 1.25" at the middle and tapers to just under 1" at the ends. It's a snug fit but doesn't place any undo force or pressure on the bag's seams.But there is no way I could fit two of my own staffs in it.

Can you take the staff out from your back or do you have to take the whole thing off your back to use?
