Capsules are easy to swallow. There is a bit of a taste, but it's not objectionable. Have not had any negative side effects. Hard to say how much it helps.

I wanted to try this supplement to help give my kidneys the nutrients they need, and help them with their daily job. The pill was easy to swallow, and not too big. I didn't get any after taste sometimes you get after taking supplements. I did not have any weird side effects. I always start with a low dose and work my way up to the recommended daily dosage. This way if there are side effects they will be minimal. I didn't have any. I think it's is a good product to help your kidneys be at their best.

I get a bit of a herbal scent when opening the bottle.The capsules are not hard to swallow and it is 1 per day so the the bottle bottle will last about a month.If it helps the kidneys I’m happy to try it out with few glasses of water on the side. No negative effects so far, nor any positive effects.I am a bit concern about the certifications and special blend. I rather know entirely what it has in case I get some kind of reaction the the ingredients.

I have polycystic kidney disease, and as a result, I’m extremely prone to UTIs. I have found that some herbal supplements seem help with prevention, including cranberry, d-mannose, and bee propolis. This supplement includes cranberry, but also several herbs that I’ve never taken before. I researched each and every one of them, and discovered that the dosages in this supplement are quite conservative. Some people apparently take multiple grams of some of these herbs, but this supplement has only 50mg of most of them. I suppose one might could argue that this might make it less effective, but I’m quite glad that the doses aren’t high, as it makes me feel safer about taking it! Most of these herbs are known to be anti-inflammatory, and some even are used to regulate blood sugar and help with weight control as well. An added bonus, perhaps!The capsules are the same size as several of the other supplements I’ve taken, about an inch long. I’m super sensitive to smells, but these don’t have a strong or offensive smell. Just kind of herbal, like a natural health food store. I’ve taken them for a few days and have had no adverse reactions so far.

Its kind of hard to review supplements, I only wright something after researching the product and ingredient's. I have had good results with no negative side affects thus far, it appears to do as advertised. I'll update if I have anything negative to report.

I try to maintain my health. I saw this herbal supplement and decided to give it a try. This capsule is easy to swallow. I did not detect an after taste after swallowing this supplement. I hope that this helps with my overall health.

I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!
