great product NO AFTER TASTE
I love this product. You can even cook with it. I'm a diabetic and I'm always concerned about not raising my glycemic index.

WOW!
This is the first sugar substitute that I've actually liked. I am a super taster which means I have more taste buds than the average person. I typically find any and all sugar substitutes to have a bitter aftertaste. This is the first one that doesn't. I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to use it yet, but I'm excited to finally have found something.Make sure to keep this away from dogs though. Xylitol is very poisonous to them. That is my only issue with this product as I have a dog. I try to keep Xylitol out of my house at all costs. But since this is such a good product for your health I may have to just be exceptionally careful. Xylose is used to make Xylitol. While not the same I cannot find definitive information if it is also poisonous to dogs. Therefore I would say to exercise caution.

Sweet... but not sweet enough?
So, I use artificial sweeteners daily. I have a touchy stomach, and sometimes sugar can upset my stomach badly. So Splenda has been my friend for a long time. I usually take 2-3 Splendas in a 16oz cold brew coffee, cappuccino or flat white. So I expected to use a similar amount of this. The texture is very similar to Splenda, but the sweetness didn't seem as comparable. I put the amount I would use of Splenda, but my coffee never got to the same level of sweetness. I used a little more even, and it still didn't get there. I wound up mixing in one packet of Splenda to fix it.This isn't a bad sweetener, I just was not a fan of how much I had to use. So for me the $ to Benefit just doesn't match up, and I will stick with my Splenda for now.I am going to experiment with this a little more, and will update my review with non-coffee experiments.

OK taste, check the ingredients
I am low carb diet. I pretty much cut out sugar from my diet. For the last few years, it seems that the most popular sugar substitutes are consists of Erythritols, Stevia, and/or monk fruit extracts. They are considered safe and low-glycemic. The first two ingredients for this product are Xylose and Erythritol. It dissolves quickly. Taste is OK. At least it is not bitter. I would say I need add more to come up with the same sweetness as sugar. There is no information about the amount to use to substitute sugar in recipes. I could not find that information from their website or anywhere from the web. Overall, this product has quite unique formula. Taste is good. Pound by pound is a little more pricey. You may want to give it a try.

Great sweetener with no bitter aftertaste.
This UBB Sin-Free Sugar, Sugar Substitute Superfood is a great tasting sweetener with no bitter aftertaste. Because I suffer with severe dry mouth, I love that one of the main sweeteners in this sugar substitute is Xylitol. It helps to relieve and prevent dry mouth symptoms. The erythritol gives it a slight cooling sensation, but it is also sweet. This UBB Sin-Free Sugar, Sugar Substitute Superfood is a great tasting sweetener with no bitter aftertaste. Because I suffer from severe dry mouth, I love that one of the main sweeteners in this sugar substitute is Xylitol. Xylitol helps to relieve and prevent dry mouth symptoms, and it really works for me. The erythritol gives it a slight cooling sensation, but it is also sweet.I'm not quite sure about all of the other ingredients, as I feel like they don't add up to much, when one serving is only about a teaspoon. I really feel like they are unnecessary fillers that have little to no effect.I very much enjoy the taste of this sweetener in my coffee and overnight oats. It is a bit more expensive than what I usually pay for my regular Xylitol sweetener, which has no additional fillers, but not by much. It still might be a contender if my regular brand is not available, and I would recommend it.

Finer texture than granulated sugar
Sin-Free Sugar Substitute is a good alternative for sweetening tea and coffee. It is not as sweet as white sugar or Splenda. No problem. I just double up on the amount I use. Two packets make my hot tea perfectly sweet.I haven't tried this in baking yet, but I intend to do that very soon.I like knowing I am using natural sweeteners. This dissolves quickly. The texture is finer than granulated sugar. I like it.

A Great Sugar Substitute
I do try to keep my sugar intake on the low, so I like sugar substitutes and have tried quite a few. Stevia is bitter for me, so I don't really like it. Monk fruit also has some bitterness to it, but it's better to me than Stevia. This "UBB" Sin-Free sugar substitute - odd name and all - is better than stevia and monk fruit. It's not bitter! I've used it in coffee and it doesn't wreck the coffee like other substitutes do. It's close to sugar in texture. However, it's not quite as sweet as sugar so you need a bit more. Either way, it is a good sugar substitute and I like it!
