Supporters look great but scratch / gouge easily (with the edge of a 2x4). Also, the screw heads shear off when using a standard drill to drive them. So, use something with a clutch.

Exactly what I needed
Made installation of pergola super easy very heavy pieces. Impressed with the number of holes to drill into the concrete more than I've seen on other brands.

Some true 4x4’s may need sanded down on the ends to fit, but they worked out great

DO NOT BUY- SAFETY ISSUE
The welds are not proper welds on this. Its the thinnest, filmiest weld you can put on. Super Glue would have been stronger. When installing even a little pressure on joints and they welds separate eventually they will fail and beam will collapse. Another WARNING- this and similar products come with NO instructions. There are very few online videos and you need 6 people to assemble it. And you will never get it Square if you use 4 people. Its better to build the corner posts with lumber and lag screws so you can adjust lean, height, slope etc. And another Warning- you use NOMINAL lumber to fit this. NOT ACTUAL 3.5in lumber.
