Strange that this taste more like fruity pebbles to me. I don’t taste pistachio at all! A lot of alcohol too, but I know that’s the base of it. So I’m trying to air out the bottle and see if the pistachio comes out more. I had a more artificial pistachio flavoring that I bought a long time ago, if I use 2 drop of that one, it actually tasted like pistachio (but you couldn't go over that amount). This one doesn’t taste like pistachio at all unfortunately. But oddly taste like fruit pebbles in alcohol , not in a great way though.

The Native Vanilla Pistachio Flavoring tastes like bubble gum, or, more accurately, like Juicy Fruit Gum. How they can label this a Pistachio is beyond comprehension. Buyer beware...and it's non-returnable.

Frustrated with this bottle- the first one I ordered broke before I could even use it. The second one lost half the extract while trying to pour/measure out a tablespoon. As you tilt the bottle it all spills down it and makes a mess all over. Even if you try to pour where the threading isn’t in the way. If you need a dropper to use this it should come with a dropper lid instead of a screw in. Though trying to measure out 2 tblsp with a tiny dropper would be pretty frustrating too I’m sure. The extract itself smells AMAZING but the flavor is very faint. I tripled the extract in my recipe and it was still hard to taste the hazelnut 😭 I got it to make my own coffee creamer and there’s hardly a hint of hazelnut in the creamer :/ smell is really good though.

Worked well - used to make in my ice cream but Michaels had a larger bottle for less $'s
