Set of 25 Planit Microwave Vegetable Steamer Bags, 3-Pack

These are great! A super value for the money (25 v. 10) compared to Ziplock Zip and Steam. Not as thick as Ziplock but does the job equally well. Both may “scream” during the process, so no difference there either. The only thing that makes these a bit less convenient is that if your item isn’t quite done to your liking, once these are opened, they will not stick closed again. I bought these early in the Covid-19 months because everyone was out of Ziplock Zip and Steam. I will choose these in the future over Ziplock.

These bags are amazing! They steam everything perfectly and don't need any water. You throw them away after each use - they are thin, but actually hold a lot in the bag! I'm using these since my big clunky steamer finally kicked the bucket and I tried a plastic microwave steamer but ended up returning it because it wasn't steaming my carrots! Now I just have this nice little package of bags that don't take up any cupboard space or counter space! First I bought a single pack of 25 for $5, then after seeing how awesome they were, I bought the 3 pack for $10 , that comes out to about $0.14 each -- definitely worth it!!

Like many others, I got these bags as alternatives to the more expensive name brand. They seem to do the work but they are not as user-friendly. The plastic seems thinner and the closure feels very ad hoc. With the brand name bags I would prepare them ahead of time and keep them in the fridge since they had a zipper. With these ones the closure is just glue and leaves the sides open — so not good for storing ahead. Also the whole thing gets very hot and doesn’t have cool edges to grab it. Nevertheless the food steams just as well and they cost less.

Perfect and very easy to use in the microwave. Makes perfect asparagus in 2 - 2 1/2 min. Great value for the cost. Quick shipping. Would recommend this vendor.

FAST SHIPPING. GOOD PRODUCT BUT GREAT FOR THE PRICE TO QUANTITY RATIO. I HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE BOTTOM OF THE BAGS LEAKING IN THE MICROWAVE WHEN I STEAM MY SEAFOOD AND VEGGIES BUT THEY DO STEAM WHICH IS ALLOWING ME TO CONTINUE A HEALTHIER DIET. I had to come back and take my review from 4 stars to 5 stars because I realized it wasn't faulty bags, though they are fairly thin, the shrimp shells were poking small holes in my bags because I use them to steam shrimp or salmon with veggies in the microwave at work. They work great and will be a key part in my weight loss and eating well.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these horrible bags. They are so flimsy that burning yourself is a very real possibility. They do not have a ziplock closure either. Which makes for an even more dangerous situation.Here's the deal. The bags are whisper thin...and I mean painfully thin. Then you are supposed to peel off a piece of plastic covering to a sticky strip that is supposed to 'seal' the bag. It doesn't seal well. You cannot put this safely into the microwave unless you use an under dish to secure any moisture when it leaks out.There is no indication on the bag for a fill line. There is no indication on which side up the bag should be used. As far as I'm concerned, this one is just a dangerous scary product. Please use with caution!

Single use steam bag makes clean up a breeze. I sometimes send raw seasoned veggies in my husband's lunch and he microwaves them at work. Tastes better than me cooking them at home and him reheating them at work. These bags are thinner than most steam bags but they work well, and are less expensive than other brands.

It gets the job done. Material is thin and hard to close. To close the bag its a peel and stick and the bag material ir really thin, so closing it just a little challenging.
