Putting it together took some time but not to tough

So, the materials are surprisingly nice, real marble and real metal. Though the metal is an odd color, almost deep yellow, I might call it goldenrod or light ochre? Definitely not gold, not bronze. The overall craftsmanship is not wonderful. The parts are very difficult to screw together adequately, and the top piece, which is height-adjustable, is almost too adjustable. A minor touch and it goes down; the cylindrical mechanism that holds it doesn’t lock. Though, the adjustable lampshade seems stable enough for now, I suspect it will wear quickly and not stay put after some use. Also, since the table and base are very heavy marble, but the metal frame is rather thin, the whole piece ends up being a bit flimsy and unstable, despite having a sturdy base.Honestly, I will probably return it. I’m going to sit with it for a day and two, maybe try some adjustments to see any significant improvements can be made to the stability. Shame because this is exactly what I was looking for, functionally.

Really unhappy with this purchase. All started off well with the assembly until I realized that the lamp doesn’t twist properly into the marble base. Very unstable, the base is wobbly. There appears to be a manufacturer’s defect where the lamp and the base do not fit together and stay put. I wasted a lot of time twisting and twisting the lamp to the base but to no avail. Eventually I gave up and resorted to Gorilla Glue to try to get the lamp to stand up straight with some help but that solution did not work well. I now have it up against the corner of a wall with the marble base underneath a storage bench in such a way that I hope it doesn’t tip over. It is nice looking but a real, genuine disappointment. My next resort is going to be to try a glue gun to see if I have better luck with getting the lamp to stand. Do not buy this lamp unless you want a lovely looking, leaning product. I so wanted to love this and wish I hadn’t waited to assemble until the return deadline was already up.

Directions lacked clarity. Pole was unstable and had a slight lean even when tightened. Wasn’t worth $100. I did like the marble look base. Also could not accommodate a regular bulb due to the size of the globe. Didn’t want to have to buy special lightbulbs for it.

Was very excited about this lamp. However it seems what they sent me are pieces that can’t be put together. There is no way for me to remove the second gold piece therefore I can’t secure the poles together. So now I have a lamp I can’t do anything with. Will have to return. Also in all the pictures I see there is only one gold piece on the rod not two…Update: Received another lamp two days later after returning the first. Second one is a fire hazard! It took some time putting together since some of the pieces had to be unscrewed so there was enough for the poles to grab onto but then when I went to plug it in there were sparks and it blew my fuse. Not safe! Can not recommend and will be sending the second one back. Shame since it was the style I was looking for…

The instructions were missing a few details, like aligning the top/bottom tray holes for mounting the light. Also, there was supposed to be some string/elastic or something in the lamp shade, but it wasn't there, so I couldn't use the shade as delivered without tediously threading a string through the holes. As a veteran of the IKEA furniture assembly, This was a challenge.

The directions are terrible, normal bulbs do not fit under the dome, and the entire thing is unsturdy as the screw hangs out at the bottom thus causing the entire label to be off balance and dangerous. Definitely returning.

The media could not be loaded.  it is sturdy i have nothing to say bad about this product. Love it , so perfect where i wanted it and easy to put together.

La lampara es exactamente como se muestra en la foto, es muy fácil de armar y realmente es preciosa. Quedé muy contento con la compra y además llegó dos días antes de lo previsto.

Vino rota la base de marmol

Overall I really like the lamp for the price I paid. Real Marble base but the lamp feels a little flimsy up top because the pipe is not heavy enough to keep it firm. It's still pretty and looks great with my decor.

la lampara llego una poco abollada de la pantalla del foco, pero fuera de eso la lampara funciona perfecto esta muy bonita y se siente muy robusta las bases son de marmol esta muy bien
