Very beneficial to the human body
I am very happy with this red light therapy if you are suffering from golfers elbow, I highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve been using it for the past three days 10 to 20 minutes and it reduces pain in inflammation on my elbow specially if you are into jiu-jitsu or are doing Muay Thai highly recommend

Who would have thought?
Who knew that this little red light could help with pain and joint inflammation among so many other things, I sure didn't. That is until I tried it now, I use it daily and/or nightly and it helps with some old injuries like my shoulder and my knee that tend to want to be really bothersome and painful at times. Easy to assemble all you do is screw the bulb into the lamp. Read the directions first and then turn it on. About 15 minutes later you're all done with your treatment and with consistent use (about a month ),I have found less pain and less information, as well as being able to move more freely. I have yet to try to use it for my skin. Like skin tightness and fine line reduction and pigment issues. But I will soon. The only thing I can think that needs improving is the clip on the lamp it's not strong enough for the weight of the bulb or big enough to securely clamp it where I need it to be. Side of a table. But other than that this is a great little device that I will be using for many years to come. Can't wait to see what LifePro comes out with next Love their stuff!

Heavy duty made lamp, Excellent Extended Warrany
Lamp appears to be well made. Very portable, but clip made need reinforcing. I researched over 8 hours for knowledge about Infrared/far & near red - quality & use of light for healing. It seems the majority of products available are not quality, having little or no warranty (recent start-up companies) that are only interested in making money (my opinion only). I am using this bulb to try to heal a growth on my precious cats headthat started from antibiotics for a cat cold/flu that then developed a yeast infection, which vets are very hesitant to address. This yeast infection then formed a polyp in the sinus cavity which has grown so large that it has expanded above the nose and onto his cheeks below his eye. I have taken him to 3 vets, a specialty clinic, and he also was treated by a holistic vet monthly, for over a year, who mis-diagnosed the yeast infection. This light therapy may be my last resort for his healing, in addition to a special diet. I highly recommend that you try this lamp! It appears to be the best starting point with light therapy for yourself and your animals.

Some concerns
First, Amazon sent the light in a shipping bag, not a shipping box. When I opened the thin manufacturer’s box that the light and light fixture was in (think about the thickness of a cereal box), I was amazed that the bulb wasn’t broken since it was flat against the bottom of the box with very, very thin packaging and this box was shipped in an Amazon bag, not a box. What was in the manufacturer’s box from top to bottom upon opening it from the top was:• the light fixture / clamp• the paperwork on the side• a piece of cardboard with a hole in it to hold the screw end of the bulb in the center of the box• the bulb in a very, very thin disposable foam (?) bag with the light end of the bulb flat on the bottom of the boxI think there was also supposed to be a drawstring bag.The light and bulb did work, however the light fixture itself was lacking.I read other reviews about how someone clamped the light onto a tripod so the person could move it around and position it the way they wanted to. I did this, too, and it sort of worked. The problem with the one I received is that there was no way to tighten the swivel part of the light fixture. So it was flopping and in order to position the light at the angle I wanted, I had to clamp it in such a way that I was afraid the whole thing would fall.I saw a video from another user, maybe an employee or ambassador of the company, where she explained that the bulb could go in most lamps or light fixtures. Yes, I could have purchased another light clamp, but that would have cost me more money out of my pocket. Yes, I could have contacted the company and probably gotten another light clamp. After fiddling with it, I decided that I’d rather have a panel instead of a bulb and light clamp, especially since I may be using it with my elderly parents, too.
