After years using acer computer (more than 12 years - several models 0 to complain ) I decided to buy a HP even having bad experiences with this brand.After months studying to buy a new computer I decided to buy an all-in-one computer because of size of the screen. I did research and saw this one with a good price and with good spec. I wasn’t looking an expensive . But thought that a I5 12 th generation with a dedicated NVidia would be great. I compared with several models and the i51235u seems to be ok. And also I compared with my old 2018 8th generation of i5 and it’s was much better (at least comparing chip to chip). So o bought.What a terrible mistake. This computer can’t run 3 softwares at same time. Even exporting pictures from Lightroom and open google. Even when I changed the power mode to the best performance. If I use Topaz Aí + Lightroom it takes forever to open a single google page or open the explore.It’s brand new an I thought that could be my setup. I tried everything and the conclusion is simple. This computer is a garbage (as usual for a HP product).My old 2018 acer with a 8th generation of i5 is 10x faster and better than this HP.Really frustrated. Perhaps if I use a windows 10 or lower version this computer can work.Huge mistake. Back to acer.Hear an advice. HP products are very low quality (printers, pc etc).Don’t buy this model
