Hi there, as I check the size of Sigma 150-600 is 11.4 inch, and the max length of this large DSLR backpack is 17.3 inch (the dividers inside can be adjusted to accommodate your camera ), I can't be exactly sure, but I think it would be okay to fit your 70D and 6D with lens on, and still have storage for other lenses and photography accessories. Hi there, the dimension of TUBU 6081 CAMERA BACKPACK is 13.7x 10.2x 21 inches, as I checked the carry-on baggage restrictions of US domestic flights, like DELTA, United, Jet Blue, NorthWest flights, they both required baggage must meet carry on size limits 22" x 14" x 9" , and baggage may not exceed 45 linear inches in combined length, width and height. I am not 100% sure due to each flight has different carry-on baggage restrictions, but I think it conforms with most of baggage rules of US domestic flight.
