These tasted good enough but took a very long time to freeze completely.

Gives you needed boost.
Love them. Work in a warehouse, (no climate control), last week was SO HOT, became drained of energy by 12:00 everyday. They do give you a noticable boost that's needed to finish out the day will buy again .
