I just used this product and I think it's fair for the price. It worked and left my face hair free and smooth. Of course it's not perfect, it's $25 bucks lol 🙄 some spots I had to do more than once but it worked in all the sections has advertised. I looked up some you tube videos on how to install the thread and how to use but once I figured it out it was easy and simple. Make sure to wash your face, use the powder, and just follow basic skin care specially for those with sensitive skin.If you've ever gone somewhere to get your face threaded you're looking at anywhere between $35-50 bucks with tip. If this will last me a couple months it'll have already saved me a couple hundred dollars.

The media could not be loaded. This is a good product based on it's purpose and function. However, the is a fault in product, the switch on/off button. When I got it I used it and liked it...about a week after using it I attempted to use a 2nd time and the switch was faulty not staying on majority of tries.The worst is the very poor customer service! No respect! I sent message of issue and requested a refund! Nothing! I waited a long period 1. showing mercy and 2. Getting making the time. I send a 2nd message, AGAIN! NO REGARD!!! VERY RUDE!!!

I always had problem learning threading to remove my own facial hair, I have tried many times. It never worked, but now this machine does the job for me.fast and easy. Nothing to complain about.
