I bought these black safety matches and keep them inside a glass cloche on my coffee table, and they look amazing. The dark color stands out beautifully against the glass and gives a polished, intentional look while still being useful for lighting candles. They’re lightweight but sturdy enough that they don’t bend or snap easily, and the striker works perfectly every time. For the price, they’re a great value since they double as both decor and something you actually use. My tip: keep a refill pack handy so you can top off your cloche when it starts to run low and maintain that full, styled look.

The length is good for lighting candles in jars.

I purchased 500 lavender. Out of 500, I counted 21 pieces are either broken, bent, or not present or very little of a match head. Out of 21, 19 are usable as a match, but unsellable if you intended to. I would buy it again since it is still a great deal, but if you are planning to sell, probably it is better to think about yielding 4-ish %. I went over all five of 100 matches, and the defective percentage each was somewhat similar. Hoping the seller can add a little extra to cover possible defective ones.

Many of the match heads were crumbled and unusable and ugly. I bought these to put out with my candles but they will not look nice and many of them won't light as the match head is destroyed. Additionally, they are not returnable, so I am stuck with worthless, ugly matches. Would not recommend.

Adorable and fit the esthetic

We purchased these matches with orange tips for a Fall wedding to place in glass tubes for table favors. They turned out really nice. People loved them. They function well. Would recommend they are of great quality.

I bought these to replace other fancy matches for my daily candle fix, I got the others (white in the picture) as a gift 6 months ago. These ones had fun colors (purple in this case) and looked otherwise the same, so I bought them when I ran low. Unfortunately, I have had functional issues with about 20% of this 100 batch count. Issues: 1. the wood of the match breaks. 2. the part of the match that catches flakes off sometimes making the little match stick useless. I've probably had issues with 20% of these. It's not bad enough that I'd request a refund or throw them out, but I just went to light a match and over half the stick broke but the match caught fire and I (because I'm stubborn) still tried to use it to light the candle, nearly burning my fingers). Which prompted the review, I'm passing the information forward, and looking for a, perhaps more expensive, but more functional replacement for the next batch.
