I was using a ice pack after having my knee replaced 5 days ago and playing the switching to different spots game. Finally decided to get a real ice pack. I saw these and seen I could get them the same day and there was even 2 of them! This was the best purchase I could of made. They wrap around the whole surgical site front, sides and back! It felt so good. I could actually address the swelling now. Bonus was there is always an extra in the freezer ready to go. Highly recommend this product. It will be very good for other injuries as well!

Fantastic to stay on the knee and thoroughly ice the whole curvature my only complaint is i wish it stayed colder longer and froze back up faster. Seems to take 2hrs to freeze and 10mins to thaw.

I bought one of these World bio knee ice pack wraps a couple weeks ago. I'm waiting for knee surgery and I liked it so much I bought a second one. Since I spend so much time with one on my knee I needed one that felt comfortable enough and covered the whole knee. These knee ice pack wraps fit the bill. The ones I purchased are in a soft, black fabric pouch. I lay them flat in the freezer and within an hour they are ready to use again. I find them not suitable for walking around, nor wearing under jeans or long trousers. However, sitting in a recliner with your leg propped up, these are the best things that I could find. Quality looks good, they are easy to install and are somewhat comfortable. The only real issue I have is the velcro tends to irritate the back of my knee where it's exposed. But, then again, these are for temporary use. I get about 45 minutes of cold, gel pack time on these. For the money, you can't go wrong. Of course the cat adds a nice touch!

Yes, they strap on easily but only stay cold about 15 minutes. The pictures of the product show people using while active but no matter how tight I pull the velcro, they still slip down when I'm moving about.

Nice ice pads that are large enough for to cover knees and shoulders completely. I use these without the provided cover. It does not get cold enough with the cover. They stay cold long enough to do the job. They are well made and the included straps make it easy to cinch down snugly around the area being treated.

I ordered these ice packs for my brother who was scheduled for double knee replacement. He is so pleased to have them! His knees need to have ice on them about 10 - 15 minutes every waking hour. He uses them after therapy to help lower the pain from exercising. I definitely recommend them for anyone who has knee pain.

It's an ice pack for your knee. Not a whole lot to review. I'm six feet tall and it maybe seems a tiny bit small but not enough to really matter. I have bought many knee ice packs and this is probably the best. Great cold retention and fits the area well. It could do a much better job of wrapping the knee entirely. It really only does the front of the knee. Though it doesn't claim it can do more so I cant ding it for that. It gets all of the front and probably 80% of the back. I'm sure there are better out there but this is decent for the money.
