I tried to put together my own "pack" from individual vitamins and supplements. It was impossible to get the same doses and quality, first. Secondly, it was much more expensive. I have used these for over 10 years and continue with the same ones

Not sure whether I can confirm or deny that it helps my blood sugar, Labs do not reflect any significant change, but it is a good multivitamin packet just the same.
