What are the useable temperatures high and low?

Maximum mash temperature of 95F. Minimum of 71F. It will ferment slightly below 71F but so slowly such it might take a couple weeks to complete. From experience I find the best results achieved when pitching yeast at 82F and holding fermentation temperature at 75-77F with some type of heating method on your fermenter (brew belt type device or placing a space heater nearby).

Does this have nutrients in with the yeast or should nutrients be added when pitching the yeast?

Yes this has nutrients in with the yeast. However the product is designed to be used with grain fermentations (the grain also provides some nutrients, in particular nitrogen). If you were to want to use this product to ferment a straight sugar wash you could benefit from adding a small amount of DAP to supplement the nutrients already contained in the yeast mixture.
