I have been training and taking imported protein for a long time and I have tried mostly all the best known international brands so I know what I’m talking about. The way to know if the protein works is the next day u don’t feel muscle soreness (that pain that u feel the next day if u don’t take protein), which means that ur muscles are still recovering from ur previous workout. This protein worked. Beginners can start with half a scoop and build up. It does make the stomach a little uneasy sometimes. So drink lots of water. I didn’t have any muscle soreness from the first day onwards after taking this. It’s got very few calories (per scoop) so it’s not filling like other proteins, and is absorbed quite fast and u can expect to be hungry again after about 45-60 minutes. Flavor is great and for those that say it’s very sweet, just add more water (it’s such a minor issue, I don’t know why whine about it). When shaken in a shaker it gives a lot of froth, almost like beer but if u wait for about 5 min, it settles and u can then consume. I ordered the Blueberry flavor which was great and refreshing. Honestly I didn’t find it all that bad after having taken all the best international brands like BSN, Muscletech, Dymatize etc. The only one thing I did find a problem was the size of the bottle / box which makes it very difficult to get the protein with the scoop. So yes maybe they can work on that. And I just for God’s sake hope there are no doping ingredients in it. Also I would like it more if Big Muscles Nutrition show more of their factory and show the manufacturing process etc like international brands to establish trust. Coz I would like to know whether they’re manufacturing here or importing and packing ingredients from China or other countries. I will definitely try other products from this brand. This company is fraud and playing with their customers, they promise 26gm of protien in 1 scoop. However it is less than 16gm per scoop, please verify this by seeing the label on the box where they have mentioned the percentage amount of values, so where there is protien it is written as 43% in a scoop. The scoop which they provide is 34 gm’s, how come it is possible that in 34gms there is 26gms of protien which is 43% of the overall content? Is it correct? If you guys don’t believe me go for testing and you will know the truth. please don’t waste your money and health, don’t know what they are putting in this to make it 34 gm per scoop. Please save yourself

This is hands down the best tasting whey protein I have had so far in my 7 years of protein consumption. However, the downside is that the quality of protein is not up to the mark. Usually with my other protein brands that I used before, when I finished my training and took a scoop of protein; I did not feel any muscle soreness the next day morning. However with this protein, there was some soreness the next day. And this is true for all 7days that I consumed this product.

They are showing that this pack contains 15 servings but that’s not true. It has serving size of 38g which only gives 13 servings

I ordered Blueberry flavor very delightful taste i drink it after workout and after 10-20mins i dont feel fatigue at all its a great refreshing source of protein for fitness enthusiasts not too sweetened just perfect taste you will enjoy drinking it everyday Reasons why i brought big muscle frotein High in protein low in carbs and no added sugar And most important thing its fairly priced hard to find a genuine whey in this price range Will definitely try other flavors really satisfied.
