It works well
It works better than the OEM Samsung battery did.It still gets the normal amount of hot during charging or heavy screen use.It takes several minutes, but once you've figured it out, it it's straight forward, just a lot of things in the way that need to be removed, just to gain access, to get the old battery out.

Easy replacement
This was easy to do with the tools that are provided. So far it has fixed the issue I was having with my battery. Waiting to see how well the battery holds a charge and will review again later. So far this is saving me from buying a new phone.

Did not work
Battery didn’t charge or boot up - ended up getting rid of the old battery so the phone is useless now too. Can’t exactly return either.Oof.

Great Replacement for failing S21 Battery
I purchased this kit to replace my wife's Samsung S21 battery. The new battery works great and is very affordable. You will want to ensure that this battery is compatible with your phone's model. Everything you will need is in this tool kit. Except for a heat source like a hair dryer or heat gun.I would say anyone with moderate electronic repair skills can easily replace their phone battery. The tricky part is getting the back cover off of the phone. Applying a little heat and using the provided tools will easily open the back of your phone.Once the phone is opened up the repair is very simple from here on. There are many guides online that will walk you through the process. You will have to apply some more heat to the front of the phone to release the battery adhesive so you can remove the old battery. Be very careful not to puncture your old battery during removal. After the new battery is in place, the next most daunting step is applying the back cover's adhesive correctly. If you pinch or break the new adhesive, you will compromise your phone's water resistance. But all in all this is a simple battery replacement that will take you around 30 minutes. If you aren't confident in your repair skills, it would help to watch a few repair videos online. Then you can see first hand that this repair isn't as intimidating as it seems.

Battery doesn't hold a charge.
The battery doesn't hold a charge. I was on my phone for 10 minutes and it went from 100% to 93%. I'll update the review if anything changes.

Worked like a charm
The battery in my S21 had puffed up to the point that it popped the back plate off all on its own, so it was definitely time to replace the battery. The kit includes almost everything you need, including screwdriver, triangle picks, spudger, etc. You will need your own heat source to soften the adhesive on the back plate and battery itself though. Hair dryer, heat gun, etc.. I used a halogen lamp 3 inches away and that did the trick. The instructions were written for an S20, so you will probably need to think on your feet a bit unless you have that exact same model. For instance the instructions stated I needed to remove the speaker assembly, but on the S21 I did not. Just 5 screws and some ribbon cables to pop off the charging coil, heat up the phone, pry the battery out. Pop the new one in, fit all the ribbon cables back together, put the back plate back on. Phone started right up, good as new. I left it on the nightstand at 100% when I went to bed, and it was at 91% when I woke up in the morning, so battery life seems to be about right. On par with what I'd expect from a new battery.
