Hello, Lymphatic Cleanse is best used for up to 2-3 weeks at a time. This formula is not meant for long-term daily use. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day while using this formula, and eat a lighter diet with plenty of fruits, soups, and no heavy meats or fried foods during the cleansing period. You bet! Cedar Bear products are naturally sweet because we only use USP-Grade Vegetable Glycerin to create our products -- never alcohol. The natural sweetness of the Glycerin gives our products a wonderful flavor without any added sugars or flavorings. Also, Glycerin does not denature the herbs the way alcohol does. Nevertheless, if you prefer to dilute the flavor, you can certainly add your drops to water, juice, or tea! (However, it is best to avoid mixing with Orange Juice or Grapefruit Juice because highly acidic juices could break down the Glycerin before it has a chance to deliver the herbs to your system.)
