WOW. I am pleasantly surprised by how much I love this. The best part? It can get even wider than 240 inches! But before I get into the details, I have to say that I hesitated to buy this because the ends reminded me too much of golf balls, but now that it’s all set up and the curtains are hung, I hardly notice the “golf ball” look any more.Okay, now the good stuff:• If you’re looking for an extra wide curtain rod, this is perfect! I bought the 240" rod to cover a set of windows that spans about 260" (I was planning to cover the last 20 inches with a different rod), and with this being the longest rod I could find, imagine how SHOCKED I was when this was able span the entire 260 inches! And without bending/bowing either! If you happen to need something even longer, the sky’s the limit since you can connect multiple rods to make one enormous, gargantuan rod.• It stays in place nicely! I open and close my curtains all the time, and the rod doesn’t move around at all, even with it being stretched a little longer than its standard size. I didn’t even use all the brackets that came with it!• The brackets bring the rod about 3 inches from the wall, which I was relieved to see since the top of my blinds stick out about an inch. I’ve included a photo of it.• It came with extra nails and wall anchors, so when I accidentally damaged a couple of the anchors, it was no big deal since there were extras.

Love how these curtain rods look and very easy to install. Super impressed with this brand, I'll repurchase for my other windows.

My BIRTHDAY curtains...curtains were very heavy.... But the rod did an excellent job...Its not weak it is very strong..If your looking for a strong rod and good in price yes this is a good purchase...

Great product. Easy to install. Very sturdy. Wish I had seen this before buying some from a big box store. This one doesn't droop in the middle like the ones from the big box store. Highly recommend .
