It took a while to arrive because it's shipped from China but it was worth the wait and the quality is above average as compared to what generally comes from China. I love this suit so much that I just ordered another one. This is a rather unique suit because it's not a wet suit nor is it a triathlon suit, it almost falls into the category of a performance competitive swim suit the likes of which you'd see at swim meets or the Olympics, it even has those funky shark scales embossed into the fabric.. As compared to a triathlon suit, the fabric is definitely thicker. If you're familiar with swim jammers, I'd say the fabric is twice as thick as that. The material is basically spandex, not neoprene, so it will absorb water and it only marginally keeps you warmer. No pockets, no crotch liner or pad so I don't think you'd want to cycle or run in it. I'd say it's just something you could wear in a cooler water lake, ocean or perhaps to extend the season in a swimming pool. I'm 5'8" and about 220 pounds, the XL fit quite snug but I got into it with moderate effort.
