Wacom ACK42810 Pen Holder for Cintiq Pro,Black

The Cintiq 24 Pro has two slots at the top of the drawing monitor that this fits into. Mine, for whatever reason, didn't come with this plastic pen holder. Ordered it and it perfectly fits the Pro Pen 2 shape. Does not fit the Pro Pen Slim; it's too narrow for the holder, so keep it in the case that it comes with.

Can't give a review because we could not use it.

I love this pen holder, it's so much better than the one given with the non pro Cintiq 16. Unfortunately it doesn't fit the non pro pen holder spot, it's a little too short and thing BUT adding something to wedge itself in there works really well. I used a part of my the original non pro Cintiq 16 pen holders base, just split in half and placed behind the pro 16 holder. Much cheaper and easier to find than the non pro version. It holds the pen right and works at most angles, the design allows for a straight up form but that only works at lower angles due to gravity.

I don't know why a lot of the pen holders sold for Wacom pens don't fit the fit tipped pen that seems to come standard with many Wacom tablets. This holder fits perfectly, and even has a little detent that lets you "click" the pen into place, where it is held firmly (but still easy to pull out). The only thing is that you need to figure out how to mount this somewhere if you don't have a Cintiq (I taped it to my keyboard).

The description says “for Wacom Cintiq Pro 13/16”. I wanted to add this review to confirm that it does work with the Cintiq 24 Pro. It clips into the top edge, there are two possible spots this holder can clip into. I do believe the Cintiq came with one of these but I misplaced it so this item replaced it.

From the picture it looks like something that should clip onto the edge of your Cintiq which was what I was looking for as the round stand always gets nocked over and rolls off somewhere. There is only a flat tab that shows no way of attaching to anything without double sided tape or glue. There is also a screw point in the middle of the round part where the pen attaches so my guess to attach to a desk but do not want to screw a hole in my desk. Also came with no instructions to state anything on how to mount it.

Not what I thought it was at all. Very disappointed.

From the picture and the description you should know this is for the PRO CINTIQ. So if you lost the one that came with your pro cintiq or like me you have more than one stylus and wanted to use both inserts for this is the item. If your cintiq did not come with one this is not for you... the other 2 reviews are negative because they failed to read the product description.
