Bought this to replace my office chair. Great value and very comfortable. No major issues putting together

If I'd asked a manufacturer to design me a chair I couldn't actually sit in then this would be it. It isn't that there isn't just no lumbar support, it's the fact that you'd have to have curvature of the spine to fit in it. I've bought a cushion to sit where the support should be but even that isn't working. It's so uncomfortable it feels like a joke chair. Hopefully I've got my message across - DON'T BUY IT.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the most comfortable office chair I have ever had, and I had many because I work from home for many years now.This office chair was very easy to put together and it’s really really comfy for when working from home and sitting at the desk using laptop/computer for a long duration.No more back or neck pain, amazing.Amazing quality and very well made from a proper material.I can highly recommend it!
