A joy to write with!
It's a simple, elegant pen with a smooth gel ink that glides effortlessly across the page. The white barrel gives it a clean, modern look. The twist mechanism is satisfyingly smooth, and the pen feels comfortable and well-balanced in my hand. The ink dries quickly, which is great for lefties like me who tend to smudge. It's a bit pricier than your average pen, but the quality is definitely noticeable. If you're looking for a stylish and reliable everyday pen, this one is a great choice.

What an unexpectedly pleasant pen to write with
I am pleasantly surprised with how fun the LEUCHTTURM1917 Drehgriffel pen is to write with. I bought it with some doubt, but it has blown my expectations away. It has a premium metal construction, a good weight and feel to it, uses an easily found G2 refill, and looks darn good! I like the less common method of knocking the pen by twisting the rear cap. The brass tip is a nice accent that I cannot wait to see patina. The ink that came with it writes so smoothly and feels great. I will likely use this ink in my other pens when I buy my next refills. I am very much happy with this purchase and feel it is a great value.

High quality and affordable!
High quality and not so expensive that I’d be upset if I lost it! Definitely my go to, highly recommend.

Solid pen, less than satisfactory ink
I write with pen/pencil about as much as I type, and I prefer pen and paper too. That said I’m picky about my writing instruments, and prefer ink that flows well as my handwriting tends to “flow”.I don't like spotty ink. It drives me insane.Pen: It’s like my fetish for a pen- pragmatic, tough (all metal), and sexy. Only engineering downside is that you can’t tell the level of the ink (solid metal). 4.5/5Ink: Black Ink- solid when it isn’t blotchy/spotty. Seems to run out of ink much much sooner than cheaper more reliable pens (Bic). The brand is pricey as is, and the ink may just kill me from using any more of their products (except their mechanical pencils- 5/5). Ink- 2/5

Nice pen.
The pen will not roll away as it has six sides. The included ink writes smoothly. Highly recommended.

Seems to write like a fine point
I prefer medium point pen and as it takes a full sized refill, I was able to get what i wanted. Very nice pen, already had the pencil.

Smooth and consistent
This is a great pen. I got it to go with my notebook from the same company- it fits nicely into the holder. It has good weight, smooth writing quality, consistent line and made taking notes during meetings very pleasant!

Need to replace and add some things
They make great notebooks, but the pens are only okay and for the price not worth it. The ink is this pen is scratchy and skips. I replaced with a standard parker gel (Schmidt 9000M) and it’s so much better. It does not have a clip, but I solved by adding one from a Pentel P207 mechanical pencil. The opening mechanism is smooth. After going full Frankenstein on this pen, with the new ink and clip it does a good job. For the cost it should not take that much effort or replacement parts,
