I bought two remote chargers they don’t hold a charge and now my remotes don’t work with regular batteries inside and the only compensation I got for the remotes cause I didn’t buy them on Amazon. Was a $20 Amazon gift card. And these are Xbox approved charging docks. I am so very disappointed and now I don’t have any remotes for my Xbox. Each costing $85 each Canadian. : (

Do NOT purchase Any of these made by Razer. They do NOT make replacement batteries or covers. K just got off of chat, no phone or ail support, after 2.5 hours with them. I was asked to provide the serial number of the controller, the charging stand, my personal information, the receipt and was transferred THREE times. No one had an answer as to how a company that bought out another one who DID offer stellar service and products, has decided to Not support the products they still sell. After 2.5 hours, I have referred to a higher case and they'll get back to me sometime in the next couple days.I used to be able to order these on Controller Gears web site and even here. No more.Don't do it, save yourself the hassle. I'm going back to good ol' rechargeable AAs and .I'm done with this nonsense.

Works perfectly, charges the controller like it’s supposed to, and it matches my controller perfectly that I received as a gift! ❤️

I’m sad I got this for my Xbox controller and it doesn’t even fit it

i'll put my controller on it after a long time of gaming practically dead and come back about 2 hours later it's fully charged!
