Item arrived having clearly been used already. One hook is missing, support rods mismatched, and sticky pads covered in old paint pulled off of a wall.Can’t return it as the return period passed before I got the chance to try to install it. Total waste. Very disappointed

It is a net but it was good enough to keep our dog away from the kitchen. Make sure you stick the hooks first before adding the net. Leave the hooks on for like an hour prior to adding the net to ensure that tugging won't remove it.
