It takes some getting used to, for sure, but definitely worth it. The pain from my plantar fasciitis is gone when I wear these. However, these do cause pain. But, it's a different painand not as severe, so I am thrilled with these.

Easy to trim. Must wear socks too rough on feet. After one week did not feel any decrease in pain

First of all you have to cut this to size and that is not easy as the product is very thick. It is also not very conducive to a small size foot (size 6). The insert did not fit well into my shoe despite cutting it to my size. I went on a 3 mile easy walk and ended up with blisters on the bottom of my feet and pain while I was walking.

This is the second or third time that she's ordered this product. She loves these foot insoles.

These hurt your feet a lot in the beginning but over time they relieved some foot pain. The first day was so painful that I had to use these in 15 minute increments and work my way up. Def not an all day insole but a therapy insole.

Got these for my husband he’s a painting contractor and is on his feet all day also, up and down ladders. He had really bad feet, hip and back pain till he started wearing these. He said that it will take a little to get use to them but then they are answered prayers!

They don’t seem to not help. Gotta REALLY try hard why taking shoes on and off to NOT bunch them up though. And the 2 tiny little “dots of glue included on a scrap of paper don’t do a damn thing to hold ‘em. What a surprise!
