Q: Does this gaming chair have massage function?

It comes with a removable vibrating pillow.

Q: Is the foot rest removable?

It’s screwed on so you could take it off if you really wanted but it does fold and slide under the chair so you can’t tell it’s there if you don’t want it

Q: Massager. Do you have to plug in or how does it work? Is chair comfortable. I have no butt, need cushion.

The massager is really cool. All you have to do is turn it on and it's literally in your back rest. As far as long-term sitting, I have a 16 year old daughter who sits on it about 12 hours a day I would have to say if you have no but you will still be extremely comfortable.

Q: Are the lumbar and neck pillows removable or adjustable?

They’re removable. There’s a lot more room to adjust the lumbar support pillow and have it stay put but the pillow will slide back into place every time you pick your head up. It’s a minor inconvenience to some and a deal breaker to others
