Ordered this on December 1, 2024. Today is March 2, 2025. For the past month the battery has been needing a charge in order to start my UTV. Tried to contact the company (multiple times) and all I got was a busy signal from the phone number. Their website says that they will refund or replace a battery that is less than three months old. I tried to leave a message on their website, but it asked for the order number, NOT THE AMAZON ORDER NUMBER, but their company order number. It wouldn't take any messages, because I do not have their company's order number, just the Amazon order number. All I can say is BEWARE! I never could speak with anyone about this and Amazon has hidden their number so well that I cannot even get help from Amazon now. My experience is that the battery DIED after two months and the company won't talk with you to make it right.
