I had the same half full bottle as some other customers, but to give benefit of the doubt, the could be bottles that hold more than 10ml? The seal was intact, there was no evidence of a leak the smell was great and the price was good. Was half way through completing a return order when I remembered I wouldn’t bother walking it back to b and m so why am I bothering returning this? Anyway, it’s a delightful smelling thing. And I couldn’t eyeball 10ml reliably to know if it is the bottle or the quantity that is deceiving me. Either way, it was half full. Or half empty, depending on your point of view. Hey ho. Nice smelly stuff for couple of quid. So who can grumble really?

Good product. Its a nice smell for anywhere you desire in the home, the bathroom and in the laundry detergent works for me. Just a few drops are need.

I recently purchased an essential oil from this brand, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the product, I immediately noticed that the seal on the bottle was broken. When I opened it, I was shocked to find that the bottle was only half full—clearly, it had been used before.This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I was looking forward to using the oil for its intended purpose. The fact that the product was tampered with raises concerns about quality control and hygiene standards. I expected a brand-new, sealed product, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down.I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures better quality checks in the future to prevent such issues. For now, I cannot recommend this product or brand based on this experience.

Bought to help with calm bedtime for 2 kids. Smells nice (quite sweet) in diffuser but doesn't settle them quicker

This is my 3rd bottle ,the smell is amazing ,fab quality ,i use it for everything , but one thing is to refresh my lavender bag that i use as a car air freshener ,it lasts for ages , amazing stuff ,chuck a few drops in water and spray round the house fantastic ,a drop on your pillow to help you sleep amazing ,its 100%lavender oil , bottled in the uk and the oil is produced in France ,famous for its lavender and i love it .keep up the good work
